  • 3 1/2 oz. Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 1 large Scallion
  • 2 tbsp. White Wine
  • 1 tbsp. NOW Erythritol
  • 1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
