Ingredients

  • 4 c. strongly brewed coffee-chicory blend
  • 6 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. whole milk
  • 2 tbsp. whole milk
  • 1/2 c. rum-based orange liqueur
  • ice cubes
  • orange twists

Instructions
