- 1 prepared 12-inch thin-crust pizza crust, such as Boboli
- 1 cup Cooked Kale
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 ºF. Sprinkle cheese evenly over pizza crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Arrange kale over cheese. Bake directly on top oven rack until cheese is melted and crust is crisp, about 9 minutes. Drizzle pizza with oil. Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over top.
