These fabulous pork chops taste like more than their simple ingredients: Sautéed chops are served with a savory-sweet glaze of French onion and brown sugar. Serve with roasted potato wedges and green beans simmered in chicken broth.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. margarine
- 6 pork chops
- 1 can Campbell's® Condensed French Onion Soup
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
Instructions
- MIX cornstarch and water.
- MELT butter in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
- ADD soup and sugar. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done.
- REMOVE chops and keep warm. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve over chops.
