Ingredients

  • Cooking oil
  • popcorn kernels
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn.
  2. Prepare the caramel. Just combine the butter and the brown sugar in the saucepot on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture boils. Turn off the stove and remove the saucepot from the heat.
  3. Dump the popped corn into the serving bowl. Drizzle the caramel mixture over the popcorn. See photo. Mix it up with the wooden spoon instead of with your hands because it’s hot. Make sure to let your Caramel Corn cool off before you eat it.
