Just like an everything bagel, but chicken.
Ingredients
1 tsp minced garlic
1 dash pepper
2 tsps poppy seed
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp olive oil
1 breast, bone removed chicken breast tenderloins
1/3 tbsp french fried onion
1 tbsp sesame seed
Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (150 °C). Cut chicken into strips.
2. Mix everything except chicken, in bowl. Press chicken into mixture to coat.
3. Place on baking sheet lined with foil, and a little olive oil.
4. Bake 10 minutes then flip and bake another 10 minutes.
5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
6. Note: change quantities of seeds and spices according to your taste.
