Ingredients
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. 1 tbsp. SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
- 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1/4 c. water
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 c. shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
- 4 c. shredded red cabbage
- 1 c. Shredded carrot (from 1 large carrot)
- 12 Slider buns
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together ketchup, 1/4 cup SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire, mustard, water, and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and add chicken. Cook, covered, until chicken is warmed through and sauce has reduced, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, remaining 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, and remaining tablespoon SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated in a medium bowl. Season with salt. Add shredded cabbage and carrots and toss to coat.
- Top each slider bun with chicken and slaw and serve.
