Ingredients

  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. 1 tbsp. SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 1/4 c. water
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 c. shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
  • 4 c. shredded red cabbage
  • 1 c. Shredded carrot (from 1 large carrot)
  • 12 Slider buns

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together ketchup, 1/4 cup SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire, mustard, water, and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and add chicken. Cook, covered, until chicken is warmed through and sauce has reduced, 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, remaining 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, and remaining tablespoon SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated in a medium bowl. Season with salt. Add shredded cabbage and carrots and toss to coat.
  3. Top each slider bun with chicken and slaw and serve.
