Ingredients
- 8 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 small wheel of brie (about 7 oz), sliced
- 4 tbsp. softened butter
- 1 c. dark chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped strawberries
Instructions
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Meanwhile, butter four slices of bread on one side. On the sides without butter, layer on a few slices of cheese and a handful each of chocolate and strawberries. Butter the sides of the other bread slices and place on top of the cheese (butter-side up). Working in batches, cook in pan for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese starts to melt and the bread is golden. With a spatula, carefully flip the sandwich. Cook until the cheese is melted and both sides are golden.
