Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves (about 2 1/2 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
