  • 4 lb. lamb riblets

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 °F. Have ready a large roasting pan with rack. Pour 1/2 inch water into pan.
  2. Place ribs on rack in pan. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
  3. Meanwhile mix sauce in a large bowl. Add hot ribs and toss until well coated.
  4. To grill or broil: Grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-hot (400 °F) coals 8 to 10 minutes, turning a few times until browned. Broil on broiler-pan rack 4 to 6 inches from heat source, cooking as directed.
