500g Turkey Mince (or Chicken Breast Mince)
1 Onion (Chopped)
2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic (About 2 Teaspoons)
1 1/2 Cups of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Small Amount of Olive Oil
1/2 Cup of Creamed Corn
1/2 Cup of Evaporated Milk (available in cans at the supermarket)
6 Sheets of Frozen Puff Pastry (Thawed and Quartered)
MAKES 12 PUFFS (OR 24 MINI PUFFS)
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
