1 Cup of Fresh Bread Crumbs
1 Cup of Freshly Chopped Coriander (Cilantro)
1 Small Brown Onion (grated)
35g Packet of Taco Seasoning Mix
Salt and Pepper
400g Can of Corn Kernels (drained)
2 Tomatoes (deseeded and diced)
1 Avocado (diced)
2 Tablespoons of Lime Juice
Corn Chips (to serve)
Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes
