Murg Malai Kabab ---------------------- Murg Malai Kabab, truly a luscious lip smacking smooth creamy chicken kababs mildly flavoured with cheese, herbs & spices, yoghurt and air fried to perfection. Murg Malai kabab is apt for its name because the kababs just melts away into the mouth exploring the flavors and taste right through to give a euphoric heavenly experience. This lip smacking kabab is very easy to prepare and cooks very fast. http://www.vahrehvah.com/murg-malai-kabab-recipe-with-philips-airfryer-by-vahchef Ingredients: -------------- Chicken breast -- 250 gms Cheese, grated -- 2 tbsp Hung yogurt -- 1 tbsp Green chili paste -- 1 tsp White pepper powder -- ½ tsp Coriander powder -- ¼ tsp Garam masala - pinch Salt -- to taste Directions: ------------ 1. In a food processor, add in the grated cheese, hung yogurt, green chili paste, white pepper powder, coriander powder, garam masala and very little salt and cream the mixture until soft. 2. Remove the cheesy mixture into a bowl and add in the chicken pieces. Mix the chicken pieces with the cheesy mixture and coat the pieces well. Rest this for about 3-4 hours. 3. Take chicken pieces and put them in the skewers. 4. Preheat the Phillips Air fryer at 200 degree C for 5 minutes. 5. Remove the basket and place the skewers in the basket and cook for about 7-8 minutes. 6. After 5 minutes, pull out the basket and turn the skewers and again cook for 3 mins. 7. Serve hot with mint chutney. For mint chutney: 1. In the blender, add in some mint leaves, coriander leaves, few ice cubes, 5-7 no's green Chillies, little chaat masala, salt and lime juice. Blend well to make smooth paste. Serve in bowl.
