Egg chamman is also commonly known as Anda Saag wala which consists of boiled egg cooked in a combination of spicy spinach creamy thick gravy. An amazing combination that can be eaten with roti, chapatti, naan or phulkas.

Ingredients:
Spinach 2 Bunch
Boiled Egg 2 Numbers
Chopped ginger 1 Teaspoons
Chopped garlic 1 Teaspoons
Chopped onions 1 Cup
Nutmeg powder 1 Pinch
Coriander leaves 1/4 Bunch
Mint leaves 1/4 Bunch
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Salt 0 To
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons
Finely chopped tomatoes 1 Cup
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons
Cumin powder 1/2 Tablespoons
Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoons
Butter 1 Tablespoons
Garam masala 1/2 Tablespoons
Directions:
1. Heat butter in a pan and add eggs then saute it for 2 min and keep aside.
2. First blange spinach. For it take a pan add water, spinach and boil and remove the spinach and keep it aside
3. Heat 2 tbs oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, green chillies, onions, nutmeg powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves, spinach and switch off the flame then saute it.
4. Then take the above mixture into the blender and bend it into a smooth green paste.
5. Heat 3 tbs oil in a pan and add 1 cup onion, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and saute it.
6. Then add tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder and mix thoroughly and cook with lid on it until the tomatoes are mashed and then add water.
7. Then add 1 tbs green paste and cook it.
8. Add butter and mix thoroughly with garam masala and eggs.
9. Now palak anda curry is ready to serve with roti and naan.
