Please add me as your friend on facebook: www.facebook.com/wantanmien 請加我成為您的朋友在 facebook 上: www.facebook.com/wantanmien You can find more recipes and information on my website: www.wantanmien.com 請去我綱頁: www.wantanmien.com 你會找到很多不同的食譜和大家分享 Chinese and english recipe/ instructions below: 2人食 材料: 1. 大番茄3個去皮 2. 蒜頭一粒切細 3. 洋蔥一個切粒 4. 250克麵= 8.8 oz 5. 意大利燒腸 10條 6. 番茄 2涸 7. 意大利芝士 mozzarella 2個 8. 香草羅勒洗淨切細,食前放汁上 做: 用長身煲熱放入 2湯匙橄欖油,加入蒜頭和洋蔥炒透明,放入番茄,用木匙弄爛番茄,加入鷂精和盬各半茶匙,和少許胡椒粉,用最細火煮 10分鐘令汁濃些. 煮麵: 要看包裝煮時間,熱水沸後放入麵拌和,加入少許鹽,麵煮好倒出水,把麵放回煲,在剛煮麵爐上拌勻幾下令水份乾. pan燒放些橄欖油,煎燒腸兩邊啡色就可以. 沙律: 1. 2 個番茄 2. 2 個意大利芝士 mozzarella 以上都切片,一片番茄一片芝士如此重覆棑放在碟,放少許鹽,胡椒粉和 1湯匙橄欖油淋面,放些羅勒 For 2 people Ingredients: 1. 3 tomatoes peel off the skin 2. 1 garlic chopped fine 3. 1 small onion cut it small 4. 250 gram pasta= 8.8 oz 5. 6 Italian sausages 6. 2 fresh tomatoes 7. 2 mozzarella 8. fresh basil washed and cut it into small pieces method: tall pot put some olive oil inside, light fry the garlic and onion, pour in tomatoes, stir it with wooden spoon and smash it, add half tea spoon chicken essence and salt, pinch of peper, simmer for 10 minutes to thicken the sauce Cook the pasta: boiled hot water , put pasta in, add some salt , stir it, keeping boiling, cooking time should follow the instruction of the pasta, strain the pasta and put back into pot heat the pan and put some olive oil in , put the sausages in,fry till both sides turn brown salad 1. 2 tomatoes 2. 2 mozzarella slice tomatoes and mozzarella, add pinch salt and peper, 1 soup spoon olive oil on top and put some fresh basil some fresh basil on top of tomato sauce ( savory ) to serve
