Ingredients

1 lb (450g) flank steak, 1/4 cup (60ml) coconut aminos, 1/4 cup (60ml) water, 2 tbsp (30ml) honey, 2 cloves garlic, 1 inch (2.5cm) fresh ginger, 2 tbsp (30ml) coconut oil, 1/2 cup (75g) green onions

Instructions

1. Slice the steak into thin strips. 2. In a bowl, mix coconut aminos, water, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. 3. Marinate the steak in the mixture for 30 minutes. 4. Heat coconut oil in a pan. 5. Cook the steak until browned. 6. Add the marinade and simmer until thickened. 7. Garnish with green onions.
