Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) flank steak
- 1/4 cup (60ml) coconut aminos
- 1/4 cup (60ml) water
- 2 tbsp (30ml) honey
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 inch (2.5cm) fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp (30ml) coconut oil
- 1/2 cup (75g) green onions
Instructions
- Slice the steak into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix coconut aminos, water, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Marinate the steak in the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan.
- Cook the steak until browned.
- Add the marinade and simmer until thickened.
- Garnish with green onions.
