Instructions
1. Place the beef bones in a large pot. Add the onion, garlic, and apple cider vinegar. 2. Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the pot and add the lemon halves. 3. Cover with water and bring to a boil. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 4-6 hours. 5. Strain the broth and season with salt and pepper. 6. Serve hot.
