Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) beef bones
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 lemon
- 4 cups (1 liter) water, Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the beef bones in a large pot. Add the onion, garlic, and apple cider vinegar.
- Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the pot and add the lemon halves.
- Cover with water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 4-6 hours.
- Strain the broth and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
