Ingredients

1 teaspoon spirulina powder (5g), 1 herbal tea bag, 2 cups of water (500ml), 1 tablespoon honey (20g)

Instructions

1. Boil the water in a pot. 2. Add the herbal tea bag and let it steep for 5 minutes. 3. Remove the tea bag and stir in the spirulina powder until it dissolves. 4. Sweeten the tea with honey. 5. Serve warm.
