Lemon Buttermilk Pie - PCOS-Friendly Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 8 eggs
- 8 ounces butter, melted
- 16 ounces buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 2 pie shells, prebaked
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Whisk together sugar and flour, adding eggs gradually. Slowly add melted butter. Whisk in remaining ingredients and pour into pie shells.
