Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces cucumber vodka
- 1/4 ounce agave nectar
- 1/4 ounce avocado puree
- Splash lemon juice
- Ice, for chilling and serving
- Splash soda water
- 1 lemon wedge, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the vodka, agave, avocado puree and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with a splash of soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge.
