Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar

- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced

- 1 large beefsteak tomato, cut into large chunks
