  1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh crushed ice. (Or simply combine everything in a blender cup. Add 3/4 cup of crushed ice and flash blend for 5 seconds. Pour into cocktail glass.) Garnish with the pineapple leaf and lime wheel.
