Ingredients
- 2 green apples, thinly sliced
- 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Sea salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Toss the apple, celery and fennel slices with the Parmesan, dill and thyme. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Add a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
