Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons Sherry wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients to blend in small bowl. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
