Ingredients
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp. dried herbes de Provence
- 1 tsp. Sea salt
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tsp. honey
- 3 tsp. Tabasco Pepper Sauce
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- Splash of olive oil
- Little squirt of Heinz tomato ketchup
- 8-10 chicken pieces (such as drumsticks and thighs)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients, except the chicken, in a bowl and stir well. Arrange the chicken in a single layer in a large ovenproof dish and pour the marinade over. Leave the chicken to marinate for an hour or so.
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Roast the chicken for 45 –50 minutes, then serve.
