Ingredients

  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp. dried herbes de Provence
  • 1 tsp. Sea salt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 3 tsp. Tabasco Pepper Sauce
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • Splash of olive oil
  • Little squirt of Heinz tomato ketchup
  • 8-10 chicken pieces (such as drumsticks and thighs)

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except the chicken, in a bowl and stir well. Arrange the chicken in a single layer in a large ovenproof dish and pour the marinade over. Leave the chicken to marinate for an hour or so.
  2. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Roast the chicken for 45 –50 minutes, then serve.
