  • 1 can (28 ounce) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (16 ounces) chili beans, undrained
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown pork in oil; drain. Place in a 5-qt. slow cooker; add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Reduce heat to low and cook 4 hours longer.
