Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 large or 2 small Granny Smith apples, sliced into wedges
- 1 tablespoon bourbon
Instructions
- Melt the sugar and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the apple and bourbon. Cook until golden brown, turning once.
- Serve the apples on a waffle with vanilla ice cream and walnuts. Drizzle with the extra caramel from the pan.
