  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
  • Garnish: chopped green onions

Instructions
