Ingredients

2 portabella mushrooms 15 spinach leaves 1 oz mozzarella cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp seasoning salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). 2. Clean and cut the stems off portabella mushroom caps. 3. Wash spinach. Fill the inside of the mushroom caps with the spinach. 4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the mushrooms. 5. Sprinkle the powdered garlic and seasoning salt. 6. Place filled mushroom caps onto a baking sheet. Cook for 12 to 16 minutes or until cheese is melted.
