Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Southwestern Chipotle 10-Minute Marinade (we used Mrs. Dash)
- 4 bone-in pork chops (3 ⁄4-in.-thick)
- 2 peaches
- 1/3 c. fresh cilantro leaves
- Grated zest and juice from 1 large lime
- 1 small jalapeño pepper
- Kosher salt and pepper
Instructions
- Put the marinade and pork in a large resealable bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
- Heat grill to medium. Remove the pork from the marinade (discard the marinade) and grill until cooked through, 5 to 6 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the peaches, cilantro, lime zest and juice, jalapeño and 1/4 tsp salt. Serve with the pork.
