- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounces sparkling white wine, chilled
Instructions
- Combine vodka, applejack, lemon juice, cranberry sauce, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until shaker is frosty. Strain into a coupe glass and top with sparkling wine.
