Recipe by Naomi Robinson When the fireworks get you all hot and bothered, these colorful popsicles will cool you down.

Ingredients

  • 6 lg. strawberries
  • 1 c. Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 c. blueberries
  • 3/4 c. blueberry yogurt

Instructions

  1. Slice strawberries and stamp out six stars using a 1-inch star cookie cutter; set aside.
  2. In large bowl, combine yogurt, milk and honey, whisk to combine.
  3. Fill popsicle mold a quarter of the way up. Place strawberry against side wall and fill wells up three-quarters of the way. Layer with blueberries and blueberry yogurt.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and transfer to the freezer to set, about 4 to 6 hours (time will vary according to freezer setting and how full the freezer is).
