Ingredients
1 yellow onion
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/3 cup soy sauce
4 large chicken breasts
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
1. Finely chop the onion. Whisk the chopped onion and all the other ingredients, except the chicken.
2. Marinate the chicken in the mixture 4 hours or overnight.
3. Broil chicken for 12 - 15 minutes.
