Ingredients
- 1 package sugar free chocolate fudge pudding mix
- 1 can diet cola
- 1/4 cup sauce applesauce
- 3 large egg whites
- 1 3/4 cups white flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsps vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 1/2 tsps baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsps baking soda
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 24 grams Splenda
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Spray a 9 x 13" cake pan with cooking spray.
- Mix all dry ingredients together
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until frothy and add the remaining ingredients to the eggs except for the 1 cup hot water.
- Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix just until moistened.
- Slowly stir in hot water. Do not over mix.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool then cut into 15 pieces.
