Ingredients

  • 10 oz boneless chicken breast
  • 8 crescent rolls
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1.2 cups cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Cook soup, milk, and 1/2 cup shredded cheese in sauce pan over medium heat until melted.
  2. Boil chicken until done. Shred or dice into cubes.
  3. In a bowl combine diced or shredded chicken with a cup of the shredded cheese.
  4. Put mixture in individual crescent rolls and roll up.
  5. Coat the bottom of a 13x9" casserole dish with 1/2 cup of the melted mixture.
  6. Place the rolled up crescents into dish with a few inches of separation.
  7. Pour remaining melted mixture over the rolls and top with remaining shredded cheese.
  8. Bake uncovered at 375° F (190° C) for 20-25 minutes.
