A great no fat added banana bread with applesauce, whole wheat flour and whole rolled oats.

Ingredients

1 medium egg 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 3.9 oz apple sauce 4 medium bananas 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup flour 3/4 cup whole wheat flour

Instructions

1. Mash ripened bananas in a bowl. 2. Add the rest of ingredients and mix just until moistened. 3. Pour into large loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray like Pam. 4. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until wooden skewer comes out clean. 5. This comes out so delicious and moist; I was very impressed that it made "bread" instead of mush. 6. Note: if you wish, add a small amount of chocolate chips for an extra treat.
