Asian Beef Kaboom Kabobs - PCOS-Friendly Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Cilantro leaves
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. coriander seeds
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 lb. beef top sirloin, trimmed and thinly sliced into 2-inch-long pieces
- 1 tbsp. coriander seeds
Instructions
- In blender or food processor, blend cilantro, soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, coriander seeds, garlic, and rice vinegar until mostly smooth; transfer half to large bowl along with beef. Toss beef to coat. Reserve remaining marinade for basting. Marinate beef at least 30 minutes or up to 1 day, covered and refrigerated.
- Thread beef on skewers. Grill on medium-high 6 to y minutes or until cooked through and charred in spots, turning and brushing with reserved marinade occasionally.
