We're fired up about these simple skewers. Yay, food on a stick!
Ingredients
1/2 c. Cilantro leaves
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. coriander seeds
1 clove garlic
2 tsp. rice vinegar
1 1/2 lb. beef top sirloin, trimmed and thinly sliced into 2-inch-long pieces
1 tbsp. coriander seeds
Instructions
In blender or food processor, blend cilantro, soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, coriander seeds, garlic, and rice vinegar until mostly smooth; transfer half to large bowl along with beef. Toss beef to coat. Reserve remaining marinade for basting. Marinate beef at least 30 minutes or up to 1 day, covered and refrigerated.
Thread beef on skewers. Grill on medium-high 6 to y minutes or until cooked through and charred in spots, turning and brushing with reserved marinade occasionally.
