Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 1/2 cups kale, stems removed, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon artificial sweetner, optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, about 1 full minute. Add a little water if you need to loosen it up.
