1 1/2 cups water 1/2 cup ice 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks 1 1/2 cups kale, stems removed, roughly chopped 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon artificial sweetner, optional
