Ingredients

1 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp curry powder 1/4 cup cilantro 10 cloves garlic crushed 1/2 oz ginger minced 2 cups chopped onions 1 can tomatoes 1 cup water 2 lbs ground beef

Instructions

1. Cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until brown and skim fat. 2. Add curry powder, garlic, ginger and tomatoes and fry for about 5 minutes. 3. Add cinnamon and cilantro, stir and add water, salt to taste. 4. Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat to blend flavors. Serve over rice.
