Stuffed Tindora Masala -- Small gherkins stuffed with a spicy masala and fry them until cooked. http://www.vahrehvah.com/stuffed-tindora-masala Ingredients: Tindora 500 g Oil 2 tb Red chilly 4 n Coriander seeds 1 tb Chana daal 1 tb Urad daal 1 tb Rice 1 ts Sesame seeds 1 tb Coconut powder 1 tb Tamarind 10 g Salt Mustard seeds ¼ ts Cumin seeds ¼ ts Turmeric pinch Onion chopped 1 n Green chilly chopped 3 n Curry leaves 2 sp Directions: First wash the tindora neatly and cut them into quarters. Heat a pan add red chilly, coriander seeds, chana dal daal, urad daal, rice, dry roast them, add sesame seeds, coconut powder, tamarind pieces, sauté it and switch off the flame, let it cool down and blend them in a blender using water make a coarse paste, add salt mix it, then stuff the masala into the tindora. Take a pan which is flat and big.
