Try air fried chicken hush puppies cooked with very less oil in Philips Air Fryer by chef Sanjay Thumma, the best and the healthiest way to cook snacks
Chicken Hush Puppies are awesome, simple, no-fuss, guilt-free, air fried snacks made with a concoction of cornmeal, flour, baking pd, baking soda combined with butter, chicken, spices, milk, garlic and sugar. Made into roundel shapes, the dumplings are brilliantly air fried to make them amazingly crunchy on the outside and moist inside.

Why this Chicken Hush Puppies recipe with Philips Air Fryer video by Vahchef works for PCOS
Evening meals affect overnight insulin and morning blood sugar more than most women realise. Keeping dinner protein-forward and finishing eating at least 2-3 hours before bed gives your body time to clear glucose before the overnight fast, which improves morning fasting insulin readings.
