Looking for a different treatment for garden-fresh green beans .Try this stir-fried side dish. It's nicely seasoned with spices and we can have it with chapati,roties.
Ingredients:
Potato 250 g
Cluster beans 250 g
Olive oil 2 tb
Sugar 1 ts
Salt
Sesame seeds 2 tb
Sambar powder 2 tb
Chopped coriander 1 b
Directions:
Take a pan add sesame seeds roasted them in a slow flame, and put them into mortar pestle make a coarse powder,
Cut the juliennes of cluster beans and potatoes boil them, keep it aside,
Heat olive oil in a pan add boiled cluster bean and potatoes, add sugar, salt, sprinkle sambar powder, and toss it, then add sesame seeds, toss it, and add coriander chopped, switch off the flame.
