7. 1 tsp chicken powder
8. 2 tsp corn starch
9. 11 tsp water
10. 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning:
1. 1 tsp oyster sauce
2. 3 tsp light soy sauce
3. 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
4. 1 tsp chicken powder
5. 1 tso shaoxing wine
6. 250 ml = 8.45 fl oz, water from soaking chinese mushrooms and cooking chinese cabbage
Thickener: 1 1/3 tsp corn starch, 2 tsp water
some diced spring onion, 1 tsp sesame oil
