2 tilapia fillets (about 6 oz/170 g each), 1 bunch of asparagus (about 1 lb/450 g), 2 tbsp olive oil (30 ml), 1 tbsp lemon juice (15 ml), 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tsp dried basil (5 ml), 1 tsp dried oregano (5 ml), Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet. 3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, basil, and oregano. 4. Brush the mixture onto the tilapia fillets. 5. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Arrange the asparagus around the tilapia on the baking sheet. 7. Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the tilapia is flaky and the asparagus is tender.
