Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon spirulina powder (15g)
- 2 cups fresh spinach (60g)
- 1 green apple (200g)
- 1 cucumber (300g)
- 1 lemon (58g)
- 1 inch piece of ginger (10g)
Instructions
- Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- Cut the apple and cucumber into small pieces.
- Peel the lemon and ginger.
- Put all the ingredients into a juicer.
- Add the spirulina powder.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve chilled.
