1 cup almond flour (120g), 2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder (20g), 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (2.5g), 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.5g), 2 eggs, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (60ml), 1 tablespoon honey (15ml)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt. 3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the melted coconut oil and honey. 4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then let the dough sit for 5 minutes to thicken. 5. Form the dough into scones and place them on a baking sheet. 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
