2 cups of mixed salad greens (50g), 1 cup of cherry tomatoes (150g), 1/2 cup of black beans (85g), 1/2 cup of corn (75g), 1/2 avocado (100g), 1/4 cup of feta cheese (30g), 2 tablespoons of olive oil (30ml), 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (15ml), Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Rinse and drain the black beans and corn. Step 2: Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the avocado. Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, and avocado. Step 4: Crumble the feta cheese over the salad. Step 5: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Step 6: Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
