1/2 cup (60g) of Psyllium Husk, 1 cup (240ml) of Almond Milk, 2 Eggs, 1 tsp (5g) of Vanilla Extract, Pinch of Salt, 1 tbsp (15g) of Coconut Oil for cooking

Instructions

1. Mix psyllium husk, almond milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl until smooth. 2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add coconut oil. 3. Pour a portion of the batter into the pan and spread it out to form a thin crepe. 4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. 5. Repeat with the remaining batter. 6.
