2 cups bone broth 1 lb lamb stew meat, cubed 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup chopped leeks 1 cup chopped cauliflower 1 cup chopped turnips 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp dried rosemary Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
