Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, grated
- 2 limes, zested and juiced
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lb. tail-on shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/2 c. chopped cilantro (leaves and stems)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat add olive oil and garlic; sauté for 1 minute. Add lime zest and juice, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and shrimp. Cook until pink, about 2 minutes.
- Turn off heat and add butter and cilantro. Stir until butter is melted and creates a silky sauce. Serve immediately.
